In our Innovation Factory we explore new ways of developing ideas. We use state-of-the-art technologies across all areas for the further development of administrative procedures.
Innovation
Within the framework of our strategic initiatives, we continuously strive to keep abreast of innovative developments on the IT market. The key issue for us is how technologies such as big data, cloud computing, mobility, blockchain, artificial intelligence, etc. can be used to drive developments in the administrative field.
We offer our clients innovation workshops to rethink and develop processes. In these workshops, we try to come up with ways in which state-of-the-art technologies such as blockchain or artificial intelligence can be used to provide a better service.
We also generate new ideas at our Open Innovation Meetings, where members of the public can participate in redesigning processes. Nowadays, participation in BarCamps, international conferences, and cooperation at the European level are equally essential for the implementation of state-of-the-art e-government solutions. Our Digital Information Management Community Austria (DIMCA) demonstrates the importance of fostering cooperation on a broad basis to improve administrative processes. Stakeholders from the fields of administration, academia and business participate in the DIMCA to define use cases for new technologies and initiate pilot projects.
